To date 15 of the projects I have backed were successfully
funded and 2 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately
one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The plan to
go in September continues: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

Yesterday Linden presented you with the first of this
multi-part series by Dennis Prager. It addressed the probable conservative and
liberal views to the question, “is man basically good?” The article linked
below further illustrates the difference between the persons holding these
views.

Wednesday, after doing my early morning stuff, I met a
friend for coffee, conversation, and a cinnamon roll. Then picked up my mail
and stopped by Pier 14 on the way home. Stayed busy but accomplishments were
few the rest of the day. Talked to Brian and sent Alison a note.
