Now funded!!
To date 16 of the projects I have backed were successfully
funded and 2 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately
one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The plan to
go in September continues: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

COMMENTARY: RUSH LIMBAUGH RUINED MY DAY
To be honest, it wasn’t Rush that ruined it, it was his
reporting of what our illustrious Secretary of State said. The way I
interpreted what Rush said, and I do believe him to be about the best provider
of accurate news, was that John Kerry was surprised and disappointed with what
the Iranian leader had said in regard to America. In my opinion, only an idiot
or an anti-American could possibly approve of this nuclear deal. The article

Busy
day! Was notified that I was not selected for the clinical study I wanted to be
part of. Went to a very good Plainfield Chamber of Commerce luncheon: the
program was good too. Back home, did two loads of wash, corresponded with
Julie, Dan, Diana and Jordan dropped by for a short visit, and I had dinner at
the Avon Legion Post. The song linked below started as a poem written about 100
years ago then became a popular song. It reminds that relationships can be very
difficult for those attempting to serve their country. Not that we really
needed reminding of that.
