Linden’s Legacy:

NEW 6-29. Link to my Bless A Stranger project #19: Now funded!!

To date 16 of the projects I have backed were successfully funded and 2 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The plan to go in September continues: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

Check Linden Swift at amazon.com to view his 3 print books and 7 Kindle E-books. Two of the print books each contain 3 of the Kindle books. Sowing Seeds of Faith is his most recent and is available both as a print book and as an E-book. Please check them out when looking for new reads or gifts.

COMMENTARY: TED CRUZ: JULY’S HERO
What many readers do not realize is that the Republicans in Congress do vote as a Conservative a large majority of the time and the democrats vote the liberal ticket almost 100%. What is hard to grasp is the tremendous power that the House and Senate leaders possess and, sadly, they often leave a great deal do be desired. Last week Ted Cruz insured that his remaining days in the Senate under this leadership will be extremely difficult. He performed a marvelous service for the voting public. The article and the long video linked below illustrates this very nicely.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME       lswift8@aol.com
Friday started with Men’s Prayer Breakfast at 6:00: I just don’t do well when I get up at 5:00. Napped some, Dan and Diana came by and I responded to a request for info re running for President. Also told him of my book on the subject at Amazon and my announcement video on You Tube.
Saturday Sam drove out and we had breakfast at the Legion Post. Don, Ron, and Mary Ann were already there so we joined their table. After breakfast Sam and I drove by the construction of the new Post: looks good. We picked up my mail on the way home and I stayed reasonably busy the rest of the day. Watched some boxing on TV.
Sunday brought church and Sunday school attendance then home. Was busy. Talked to Brian. The Irish song linked below is both true and sad.

REMEMBER

The democrats brought you Obamacare.
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi lead the forces of evil.
Hate crime laws should be overturned.
Baseline budgeting is a taxpayer insult.
Carly answers questions: Hillary does not.
SCOTUS: undeserving of respect.
