Linden’s Legacy:

NEW 6-29. Link to my Bless A Stranger project #19: Now funded!!

To date 16 of the projects I have backed were successfully funded and 2 failed to meet their goal and received no funding. Unfortunately one of the unfunded efforts was my own “Ireland Is Calling” effort. The plan to go in September continues: my thanks to friends who have supported my hope.

Check Linden Swift at amazon.com to view his 3 print books and 7 Kindle E-books. Two of the print books each contain 3 of the Kindle books. Sowing Seeds of Faith is his most recent and is available both as a print book and as an E-book. Please check them out when looking for new reads or gifts.

COMMENTARY: JULY CHRISTIAN STUDIES
Steve White led three times and Tim Gephart once as various subjects were addressed from the pulpit. In Sunday school, John Lee led the study of The Holy Spirit three times and a visitor from Ukraine spoke once. Devotions were presented by Lloyd, Chuck, Paul, and myself at that portion of our Thursday breakfast get-together of the guys. Our Friday morning Men’s Prayer Breakfast was led by Mike Isaacs, Steve White, a visitor from Kosovo, and the visitor from Ukraine. I also attended the monthly Golden Glows luncheon and the monthly breakfast meeting at Kingsway.

MOSTLY ABOUT ME       lswift8@aol.com
Friday started with the Men’s Prayer Breakfast at church then had new windshield wipers installed on the car and went to two stores and picked up my mail. Noticed four people I know were listed as having unclaimed property held by Indiana: notified two of them and think I got the third one notified as well. One to go.
Saturday I went to the men’s breakfast at Chapel Rock then made two trips to the post office, went by the church and took a short walk.
Sunday brought church and Sunday school attendance followed by brunch with friends. A friend came by for a visit in the afternoon and Brian called.
I surely hope that Carly Fiorina is given a good spot in the upcoming Republican Presidential Debates. You may have not before heard all the words in the Irish song linked below.

SONG OF THE DAY: When Irish Eyes Are Smiling:
-----

REMEMBER

The democrats brought you Obamacare.
Obama, Reid, and Pelosi lead the forces of evil.
Hate crime laws should be overturned.
Baseline budgeting is a taxpayer insult.
Carly answers questions: Hillary does not.
SCOTUS: undeserving of respect.
